1. This is an application to bring legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1(b) on record. The application is filed within limitation. Respondent No.1(b) is survived by his wife who is on record as Respondent No.1(c). Deceased Respondent No.1(b) is also survived by three daughters whose names are stated in paragraph 3 of the application. Of these, Mast. Vedang Ravi Gaonkar is aged 12 years, and being a minor, his mother Smt Deepa Ravi Gaonkar is appointed as his guardian ad litem.

2. The application is allowed. Legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1(b) shall be brought on record and the cause title be amended forthwith to record the death of Respondent No.1(b) and the 27th November, 2024

MCA 91 of 2024 names of the legal representatives stated in paragraph 3 of the application. Mast. Vedang Ravi Gaonkar shall be represented by his mother and natural guardian Smt. Deepa Ravi Gaonkar.

3. Application stands disposed of.
