Heard Mr. Pavithran A.V, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant and Mr. U. R. Timble, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation of Rs.31,16,641/- which has been deposited by the Insurance Company before this Court.
3. Mr. Timble has no objection to release half of the amount of the compensation.
4. Hence, application is partly allowed.
5. Applicant is permitted to withdraw half the amount of compensation deposited before this court. Rest of the amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationlised Bank. The
MCA/42/2016 applicant shall furnish a bond to the extent that incase the appeal is allowed, he is ready to return the amount or to deposit the amount before this Court.
6. Application stands disposed of.
