During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Shri D. Lawande, the Additional Advocate General for the respondents has pointed out that in respect of the same shack in question proceedings have already been initiated by the concerned respondent no.2 at the instance of another party and the hearing is fixed today for further consideration and which shall be finally disposed off on or before 28/02/2017. A copy of such notice is placed on record which is marked 'X' for identification.

2. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner at this stage stands redressed. Needless to say, the petitioner if so advised may file an application for intervention which shall be
