ORAL JUDGMENT : (Per M.S. SONAK, J.) 1.

The learned Counsel for the parties hand in Consent Minutes of the Order. The Minutes are signed by the Advocate for the Petitioner and Respondent No.3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 state that the Minutes are prepared after explaining the parties to whom they represent, the scope and import. The Minutes are prepared based on express consent of the Petitioner and Respondent No.3. 2.

By our detailed interim order dated 5/1/2021, we had stayed the order dated 12/11/2020 and further directed the School Management to comply with the Director of Education's order dated 8/7/2020 benefiting the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the parties point out that the Petitioner has now retired from the service. He has received the benefits in terms of the Director's Order. In order to give quietus to the litigation, the Petitioner has also decided not to insist upon any interest on the dues which are already paid to him. The Management has also considered the matter from this perspective and decided to give a quietus by withdrawing the show cause notice 3/9/2020 and the order 12/11/2020.

Accordingly, the Consent Minutes of the Order are accepted and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

At the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent No.3, the Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Minutes. The statements made in the Consent Minutes are accepted as undertakings to this Court. Even the interim order made on 5/1/2021 is made absolute.

Accordingly, the Rule is disposed of in the above terms, without any orders for costs.
