1. This is an application to bring legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.2 on record. The application is filed within limitation. Respondent No.2 is survived by his daughter Smt. Pratiksha Prakash Gaonkar and other legal representatives whose names are stated in paragraph 3 of the application. Of these, Pratham Prakash Gaonkar is aged 15 years and Pratik Prakash Gaonkar is aged 13 years, and being minors, their mother Smt Pratiksha Prakash Gaonkar is appointed as their guardian ad litem.

2. The application is allowed. Legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.2 shall be brought on record and the cause title be 27th November, 2024

MCA 92 of 2024 amended forthwith to record the death of Respondent No.2 and the names of the legal representatives stated in paragraph 3 of the application. Pratham Prakash Gaonkar is aged 15 years and Pratik Prakash Gaonkar shall be represented by their mother and natural guardian Smt. Pratiksha Prakash Gaonkar.

3. Application stands disposed of.
