The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that this appeal has become infructuous in view of the fact that the respondent has withdrawn Civil Suit No.18/2010 on 10/10/2013.

2. The challenge in the present appeal is to the injunction granted in the said suit. In view of the fact that the suit itself has been withdrawn, the impugned order does not survive. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous, with no order as to costs.
