Besides Shri Amonkar, learned Advocate for the applicant relying upon an order of this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2 of 2020 dated 14/01/2020 a similar application for modification of the terms of bail was granted insofar as furnishing of the surety with immovable property is

Taking precedent from the said order, the present application is disposed off whereby the condition (1) to furnish one local surety with immovable property is relaxed retaining the other conditions imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa. The applicant shall instead furnish a Fixed Deposit in the amount of ₹50,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge. In these terms the application stands disposed off. 4.
