1. Present application for grant of early hearing by fixing a date since the mediation failed.

2. Rule was issued on 31/03/2023 and the hearing is also expedited. Subsequently, the matter was referred to mediation vide order dated 19/04/2023, however, till date there has been no report received.

3. Both the learned Counsel submit that the mediation failed.

4. Considering that the mediation failed and the earlier order says that the hearing is expedited, the application could be allowed by fixing a 12th February, 2024

MCA 52 of 2024 date for the final hearing of the Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly the application stands allowed.

6. Fixing the Writ Petition No. 20 of 2022 on 13/03/2024 for final hearing.
