During the course of hearing of the above petition, it is not disputed by the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant that the tax effect in the above appeal is less than Rs.20.00 lakhs and, as such, it is covered by the Circular No. 21/2015, dated 10th December, 2015 issued by the Central Board for Direct Taxes.
3. In view of the said Circular, the question of proceeding with the above appeal would not arise. The appeal stands, accordingly, disposed of.
