Perused the averments in the civil application. Based upon them, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (f) which read as follows:- "a) Tat the names of Respondent no. 2(a), 2(1) and 7(d) may please be deleted from the cause title of the appeal memo.

b) Tat the Respondent no. 2(d), 2(e) and 4(h) may please be served on the addresses given para 2 above. 27th OCTOBER 2023

e) Tat Respondent no. 8(a), 8(b), 9(a), 9(b) and 9(c) may please be served on the addresses given in para 6 above. f) Tat the Applicants may please be permitted to amend the cause title so as to show the Respondent no. 5(a) as deceased."

Mr Kholkar states that necessary amendment will be carried out within two weeks from today. He says that the process fees and copies for fresh service will also be supplied within two weeks from today.

Accordingly, after receipt of the process fees and copies, the Registry to address notices to the fresh addresses now furnished by the applicants.
