Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

On account of some subsequent development, the Petitioners seek to implead additional parties who are likely to be affected by the outcome of the present petition. The application is not opposed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents. Even otherwise, we feel that this application is required to be granted so that the parties who are now 16th March 2022

18 MCA 33 of 2022.doc proposed to be impleaded, also have the opportunity to respond to the petition.

Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "(a) That the petitioners be permitted to implead the persons mentioned in paragraph 6 of this application as the respondent nos.17 to 20 in this petition.

"

The necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Once the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly impleaded Respondents returnable in four weeks. The Applicants will have to take steps to serve this notice upon the newly impleaded parties. 5.

The amended cause title to be furnished to the learned Counsel for the Respondents.
