This petition is disposed of by directing the concerned Senior Town Planner to dispose of petitioner's complaint dated 29.12.2020 by holding a site inspection and also giving an opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as respondents no. 7 to 12.

The above exercise should be completed by the Senior Town Planner within a period of two months. The Senior Town Planner should communicate the decision to the parties within this period of two months.

It is made clear that this Court has not addressed the rival contentions on merits and therefore, all rival contentions to be looked into by the Senior Town Planner.

The petition is disposed of by making the aforesaid order. All concerned to act based on the authenticated copy of this Order.
