The above application filed by the applicants, is seeking direction to the State Government to hold a Convention of the Communidade in terms of Article 652 of the Code of Communidade.

2. The learned Addl. Government Advocate, upon instructions, states that in terms of the said Code, such meeting is to be held on second Sunday of January and that the concerned Authority shall take steps to hold such meeting accordingly.
