Heard Mr. Ramaiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. P. Munj, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents No.1 and 3.

This petition is filed for non-implementation of demolition order dated 15.03.2022 issued by the Village Panchayat of Neura. Mr. Ramaiya, learned counsel fairly points out that the petitioner has now learnt that respondent No.4 has instituted an appeal against the demolition order dated 15.03.2021 before the Director of Panchayats. 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid developments, we dispose of this petition by directing the Director of Panchayats or whichever 20th July 2022

909-WP-222-2022.DOC authority before whom such appeal is pending, to dispose of this appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 6 months from today.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions without any order for costs.
