Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. For the orders as proposed to be made, there is no necessity for issuing notice to the private parties.

3. The learned Advocate General, Mr. D. Pangam makes a statement that the Panchayat Appeal No. ADP-1/P.A.No.48/2016 pending before the Addl. Director of Panchayats -1 at Panaji, Goa, will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months from today.

4. By accepting the aforesaid statement and directing the Addl. Director of Panchayats-1 to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition.

5. All parties before the Addl. Director of Panchayats, to cooperate with the Addl. Director of Panchayats, with the expeditious disposal of the concerned appeal.

6. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
