Heard Shri Gaonkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners and Shri Sardessai, the learned Counsel for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the petition is disposed of in the following terms:- (a) It will be open to such of the petitioners/workmen whose residential address has changed, to furnish the changed address with proof to the respondents within one week from today. (b) The respondents have given an offer for fresh employment to 75 workmen as set out in para 3 of the affidavit in reply dated 20.11.2017.

WP/167/2015 (c) 28 workmen as set out in para 4 of the affidavit have accepted the offer and have joined their duties.

(d) The respondents shall continue to offer fresh employment to the workmen as and when vacancies arise.

(e) The petitioners/workmen to whom such offer is made shall join the duties within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the order.

(f) This shall be without prejudice to the rival contentions of the parties in the Reference before the Industrial Tribunal. (g) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
