The present application is filed disclosing that the disputes and demands between the parties are settled and on the basis of 9th February, 2023

905 WP-361-2022 WITH MCA 35-2022.DOC memorandum of settlement recorded before the Conciliation Officer which is dated 21/08/2021.

The settlement is produced at Annexure-A in the present application, which is taken on record in Writ Petition No.361 of 2021.

Since the parties settled their dispute before the Conciliation Officer and signed the Settlement Deed, the said memorandum of settlement could be taken on record for the propose of disposal of the Writ Petition.

Misc. Civil Application No.35 of 2022 is accordingly allowed. 6.

Memorandum of Settlement dated 21/08/2021 is accepted as settlement between the parties. Accordingly, Writ Petition No.361 of 2021 stands disposed of.
