Heard Mr Naik, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits that present application is filed for modification/recall of the order passed by this Court on 18.10.2023 in Writ Petition No. 675/2023.

2. Mr Naik, submits that learned Trial Court have already decided both the injunction applications in Regular Civil Suit No. 209/2019 and, therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

3. Since the application has become infructuous. Same stands withdrawn.
