On hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor it transpires that the investigation is complete and the Investigating Officer would be filing the charge sheet within a period of two weeks. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The condition about attendance with the Investigating Agency as directed by the order dated 23/4/2018 in Criminal Application (Bail) no.117/2018 shall stand relaxed with effect from the date of filing of the charge sheet.
