Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the only grievance raised by the applicant is that the provident fund dues of the applicant are not being processed by the respondent no.1 for payment thereof to the applicant.

2. Mr. Sardessai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 points out that as the petition is pending, the question of claiming the provident fund dues would not arise.

3. Be that as it may, in the interest of justice, the respondent no.1

CA/17/2015 is directed to process the papers in respect of the provident fund dues of the applicant in accordance with law.

4. As far as the gratuity is concerned, liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate application claiming such amount from the respondent no.1 which the respondent no.1 shall proceed to examine such dues in accordance with law.
