This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator.

2. There is no dispute that the dispute raised by the applicants is covered by an arbitration clause in the agreement. By consent of both the learned counsel, Mr. R. G. Ramani, Advocate is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties in accordance with law.
