The matter is taken on board at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. Heard, Mr. G. Lobo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. The only relief pressed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is to direct the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Mapusa 'E' Court, to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 188/2014/E within a time bound direction.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has pointed out that the petitioners are senior citizens and as such according to them their access is being effected.

Without going into the merits of the allegations made in the above writ petition and keeping all the contentions of both the parties on merits open, we find it appropriate to dispose of Writ Petition by directing the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, 'E' Court, Mapusa to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 188/2014/E as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year from the date of the receipt of this order.
