Heard Mr. Kamat, learned Counsel for the Applicants, Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate for Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Akhil Parrikar, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

2. Vide order dated 28.09.2021, three Petitions were considered to be heard together and even date for final disposal was granted. However, the matter remained to be disposed of.

3. Considering the above fact, Writ Petition Nos. 149 of 2021, 201 of 2021, 332 of 2021 and 1034 of 2021 shall be placed for final hearing from the week commencing from 07.09.2023.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners in all these matters shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. Only after the office objections are removed, the matters shall be placed for final hearing.

5. Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
