The present petition can be disposed of in view of the instructions of the learned Additional Government Advocate. Learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the Deputy Collector of Quepem-Respondent No.3 has already instructed the Mamlatdar of Quepem to take appropriate action on the complaint which is at Exhibit -D to this petition. It is assured that necessary inspection will be carried out and if it is noticed that the structure is found violative of the provisions of the Goa Land (Prohibition on Construction) Act, 1995 and Land Revenue Code, 1968, appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken expeditiously. We request the authorities to take the complaint to its logical conclusion as 5th March, 2025

WP 94 of 2025 expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date this order is placed on record. The petition is disposed of. No costs.
