Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Sufficient cause has been shown for the absence on 29/11/2016 and 20/12/2016. Accordingly, the order dated 20/12/2016 is recalled and W.P.No.654/2010 is restored.

3. The petitioners to pay costs of Rs.3,000/- to the respondent nos.4 and 5 within a period of four weeks from today.
