2. The learned Advocate General makes a statement that the Town and Country Planning Department will dispose of the petitioner's application dated 04.10.2018 which is to be found at page 35 of the paper book in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from today.

3. According to us, the aforesaid statement, which we accept,

WP/130/2020 substantially redresses the grievance made by the petitioner in this petition.

4. Therefore, by accepting the statement we dispose of this petition.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
