Heard Shri Pavithran A.V., learned Advocate for the petitioner.

2. Perused the impugned order. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the amount due under the cheque was Rs.2,50,000/-. He prays that the order to the extent ordering to deposit the entire amount be modified.

3. The order is modified pursuant to which he is ordered to deposit the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of three weeks from today.
