Heard Mr. Usgaonkar for the Petitioner and Mr. D.J. Pangam, learned Advocate General, who appears along with Mr. Pravin Faldessai, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the Respondents.

The learned Advocate General today makes a statement that the Town and Country Planning Department has carried out 15th March 2022

4-WPCR-7-22.DOC inspection and have requested the Police Authorities to register an FIR under the relevant provisions of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974. The learned Advocate General states that accordingly, Maina Curtorim Police Station will register the necessary FIR.

We accept the aforesaid statement made by the learned Advocate General.

Mr. Usgaonkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petition can, now, be disposed of since the main prayer of the Petitioner in this Petition, stands redressed, with the aforesaid statement.

The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
