During the course of the hearing of the above Petition, the only grievance raised by the Petitioner is that though an application for parole is pending before the Respondents dated 23.12.2014, such application has not yet been disposed of.

Shri Mahesh Amonkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, has pointed out that the said application dated 23.12.2014, shall be disposed of within six weeks from today.

Accepting the said statement, the Petition stands disposed of. It is expected that such applications in future are expeditiously disposed of by the Respondents in accordance with law.
