Heard Shri A. D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Shri Vivek Rodrigues, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5.
2. The grievance of the Petitioner in the above Writ Petition is essentially that though the complaint was lodged before the Respondent no. 2, no action is being taken by the Respondent no. 2 to act upon such complaint.
3. Shri Vivek Rodrigues, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5, states that the process of taking action has already been initiated and that the check
WP/91/2015 list has already been prepared and a show cause notice has also been served on the offending party and further submits that the process to decide such complaint would take three months.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing the concerned Respondents to dispose of the show cause notice dated 25.03.2013 issued by the Respondent no. 1 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within three months from today in accordance with law.
