MCA 44 of 2024 we think that this amendment and impleadment is necessary for adjudication of the issues raised in the PIL Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Leave is granted to amend and implead the party. Ms Alvares states that the amendment will be carried out within next two days and even copies of the amended Petition will be served upon the learned Counsel for the Respondents.
