Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the stay of the judgment passed by this Court for a period of six weeks.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that stay could be granted provided the petitioner deposits the entire amount in the Court.

3. Since the petitioners have made out a case for challenging the judgment of this Court and to avail of the statutory remedy of appeal before the Apex Court, the judgment is stayed for a period of six weeks from today.
