After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions received from the petitioner submits that the petitioner will shift the shack erected by her at a place approximately 40 metres to the south of the shack no.7 to the original place of the allotment made to her i.e. at the place of shack no.1.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission being made, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents not to demolish the shack constructed by the petitioner near the south of shack no.7 to the original place for a period of seven days from today.

3. Needless to say, in case the petitioner fails to remove the shack constructed at the present place within a week from today, she will be liable for contempt as also the respondents shall be free to demolish it after the expiry of seven days. We also record the stand taken by the respondents that they will permit the petitioner to construct the shack at the place of allotment (shack no.1)

4. With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the petition is disposed of.
