2. This is an application to substitute the Petitioner in the Writ Petition with the Applicant who is his brother as the Petitioner has expired.

3. Looking into the definition of a legal representatives, the

MCA/61/2016 application is allowed. Needless to say, all contentions of the Respondents of locus, etc. are left open.

4. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
