2. Mr. Pavithran A. V., the learned Counsel, appearing for the remaining Respondents no. 2(a) and 2(b), 4 to 15, 17 and 18 does not dispute that Mr. D. J. Pangam was appearing on behalf of Respondent no. 16. Hence, the application is allowed. Typographical error in recording that Mr. D. J. Pangam was appearing on behalf of Respondent 18 stands deleted and is substituted with Respondent no. 16.
