The Panchayat has now complied with the directions issued by us in our orders dated 11.01.2022 and 13.02.2023. The Secretary Panchayat has tendered an unconditional apology for the delay. The apology is accepted and the Contempt Petition is disposed of.

Mr Nachinolkar states that the petitioner will take out appropriate proceedings to challenge the decision which was 15th March 2023
