1. Mr Hanumant Naik, learned Counsel, representing the Petitioner, Pfizer Limited, has placed before us Certificates of Settlement dated 07.08.2025 and also Form-IV issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Margao, in the name of Wyeth Ltd., which is now taken over by Pfizer Limited. In view of the aforesaid development, reflecting that the Petitioner, pursuant to the Settlement, has deposited the VAT amount which came to be accepted as the settlement amount, according to Mr Naik, nothing survives in the Petitions.

In the wake of the above, all three Writ Petitions, along with the Tax Revision Application No.2 of 2023, stand disposed of. ASHISH S. CHAVAN, J.
