4. Since there is a demolition order passed by the Panchayat way back on 03.01.2022, it is expected that the Panchayat shall act with diligence and demolish the structure which is subject matter of the order and which is detailed in the transgression report/panchanama 10th October, 2025

WP 394 of 2025 dated 16.01.2021. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would make attempts to remove the structure within three weeks from today i.e. by 30.10.2025. The Panchayat to act on the demolition notice if the structure is not removed by 30.10.2025 and submit a report to this Court by 15.12.2025.
