After hearing the matter for sometime, Shri S. Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that after filing of the above petition some further information has been received from the concerned department i.e respondent no.3, which according to him is incomplete and as such seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition keeping all the contentions open.
