2. This is a Civil Application seeking restoration of the Revision Application no. 43 of 2015, which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. Mr. Shirodkar points out to the circumstances in which the 22nd December, 2023

MCA 58 of 2023 Advocate could not remain present in the Court when the matter was called out.

4. Considering those circumstances which are back to back and the affidavit of the Divisional Manager, a case is made out to recall the Order dated 27.01.2023 and restore CRA no. 43 of 2015.

5. Order accordingly.

6. MCA no. 58 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of without any order for costs.
