After hearing the matter for sometime, Mr. J.P. Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 3, upon instructions, makes a statement that the respondent No.1 shall neither execute the impugned Award dated 28/4/1993, nor proceed with the execution proceedings, nor with the demand notice dated 5th June, 2000, or any other proceedings based on such award dated 28/4/1993, as against the petitioner herein.

2. Shri A. D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners points out that in view of the said statement, the grievances raised by the petitioner as reflected in the reliefs sought in the above petition would no more survive. The petition,

WP/99/2015 accordingly, stands disposed accepting the said statement of the learned Counsel.
