On 6 March 2018, the following order was passed : "The learned Additional Government Advocate had taken time on 13 February 2018 and the matter was kept today.

The learned Additional Government Advocate states that the file of the Petitioner is cleared since the Petitioner possesses all the requisite permissions, etc. and final decision is pending. If this is the position and all that remains is formality to issue a formal order, we do not find it necessary that further longer time is required to be given to the Government, considering the fact that the Petitioner is waiting to do the business since the year 2017.We direct that a
2 wp129-18-27-03-18 formal decision in that regard be taken by the concerned authority within a period of two weeks. 3.
Stand over to 27 March 2018 for reporting compliance.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts this position and states that the Petition does not survive any further.
