1. The learned counsel, Mr. Joshi, representing the petitioner, has graciously accepted that the petition stands worked out in terms of the prayer clauses (a) as well as (b).

2. The learned Advocate General makes a categorical statement that no recovery shall be effected against the petitioner pursuant to the 15th July, 2025

WP 143 of 2021 order dated 22.05.2020, as directed by the Director of Bal Bhavan i.e., respondent no. 2.

The learned Advocate General also makes a categorical statement that the petitioner shall be restored in the Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400 and shall be held eligible for all consequential benefits arising therefrom.

3. By accepting the aforesaid statements, the writ petition stands disposed of.
