2. The learned Counsel for the Appellant produced the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasco Da Gama, which has, by this order, disposed of execution proceedings No.10 of 2024. The decree challenged in the present appeal is a decree 19th September, 2025

SA 21 of 2025 under execution disposed of by the order dated 03.09.2025 by the Executing Court, which has recorded that the parties have settled the matter, and based upon the Consent Terms, the decree has been satisfied in execution. He submitted that there is no further cause for continuing the present appeal, and the same has become infructuous in view of the order dated 03.09.2025.

3. Consequently, the Second Appeal No.21 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous in view of the order dated 03.09.2025, passed by the Executing Court. In view of the disposal of the appeal, Civil Application No. 51 of 2025 is also disposed of. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
