This is an application to stay the operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 10.11.2014 whereby the applicants have been directed to pay a specific amount along with interest to the respondent herein. As the appeal has already been admitted, the operation and the execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 10.11.2014 is stayed subject to the applicants furnishing a bank guarantee of the Nationalized bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in the total amount decreed initially for a

CA/18/2016 period of two years and the same shall be renewed from time to time until the disposal of the above appeal.
