Heard Shri Vivek Angelo Rodrigues, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondent nos.1 to 3.

2. During the course of hearing of the above petition, the learned Advocate General placed on record a notice dated 27/06/2017 issued to the respondent no.5 in connection with the subject grievance raised in the above petition. In view of the said notice issued by the respondent no.3, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed at this stage. Nothing survives in the petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

3. Needless to say, we have not examined the merits and rival contentions of the parties. All contentions of the parties on merit are left open.
