Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents No.2, 3 and 5 states that as the concerned Panchayat has not yet taken action, the respondent No.3 who is present in the Court, shall assume powers under Section 66(5) of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, and take action in accordance with law, after issuing appropriate notices.

2. In view of the said statement of the learned Advocate General, which is accepted, Mr. Ryan Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the above petition.
