The present application is for intervention taken out by the complainant who intend to be arrayed as respondent. The prayer is not objected by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In that view of the matter the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). As such the applicant in permitted to intervene as respondent No.3 to the writ petition.

The counsel for the petitioner shall carry out appropriate amendment within a period of two weeks from today failing which the intervenor is at liberty to carry out the appropriate amendment. The Counsel for the petitioner shall furnish copy of the writ petition within a period of one week from today to the respondent No.3. The respondent No.3 is at liberty to file his response to the petition within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to place on record the present status of the matter in view of the liberty observed by this Court on 12.04.2019.
