Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that his clients would make a representation to the Regional Transport Authority to clarify that the vehicles of the Petitioners shall be used in which specified area or specified route or routes. He agrees to make such representation within a period of one week. The Petitioners would also mention in the representation proposed to be made, about the allotment of notified taxi stand. The statement is accepted.

Learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondents states that if any such representation is made by the Petitioners, the same shall be disposed of by the Respondent No.3 within two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, and would convey the order to the Petitioner's Advocate within one week thereafter. The statement is accepted.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that this petition may be disposed of accordingly. The statement is accepted.

4. The Writ Petition No. 305 of 2018 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
