Heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Prabhudessai, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondents.

2. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, leave to amend as prayed for is granted. In addition, leave is granted to place on record the communication dated 17th January, 2019 issued by the Directorate of Accounts and to include some grounds in relation to the said communication. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and the copy of the

MCA/112/2019 amended petition to be furnished to the learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents.

3. The Misc. Civil Application No.112 of 2019 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

4. Place the Writ Petition No.1108 of 2018 for admission on 25th February, 2019.
